Water Leak Sensor

The Water Leak Sensor is a handy add-on for the WaterP1MeterKit V3 . This sensor allows you to promptly detect water leaks in critical areas of your home, such as the water meter, the meter cupboard, or the basement. The sensor easily connects to the expansion port on the WaterP1MeterKit V3 and works directly within Home Assistant.

Important to know:

• Only compatible with the WaterP1MeterKit V3: The sensor connects directly via the kit’s expansion port.
• 2-meter cable: Flexible placement, so you can place the sensor exactly where leakage is most likely to occur.
• Instant alerts: Receive notifications in Home Assistant as soon as water is detected.
• Practical applications: Place it next to the water pipe, under the boiler, in the meter cupboard or in the basement to prevent water damage at an early stage.

Installation:
Plug the Water Leak Sensor cable into the expansion port on the WaterP1MeterKit V3. Place the sensor in the desired location on the floor or under the pipe. From then on, the sensor will continuously monitor the presence of water and alert you if a leak occurs.
