What's in the box?

  • P1Meter Kit: The main unit that connects directly to your DSMR P1 port for real-time monitoring of your energy consumption.
  • RJ12 Cable: Seamlessly connects your P1Meter Kit to your energy meter, so you can get started without any hassle. The cable is 2 meters long, which provides enough flexibility for most installations.
  • Manual: A step-by-step guide that will walk you through the quick and easy installation procedure.
  • Optional: If selected, a USB-C Adapter Set (3 meter cable) is included:
    • EU (European) version: Suitable for standard EU power sockets.
    • Universal Version: Includes interchangeable plugs for use in the US and UK.

Power supply
When used with a DSMR v5 meter, the P1MeterKit is powered by default via the RJ12 cable, directly from the energy meter. If your energy meter does not support this function or if you have a v4 meter, external power via a USB-C cable is required. A suitable power supply set can be selected as an option and is offered separately.

Ethernet option available
Tip: If you're looking for a P1MeterKit that supports Ethernet and Power over Ethernet (PoE) connectivity instead of WiFi, consider our WaterP1MeterKit . It offers the same robust features and functionality, but with enhanced connectivity options. Ideal for environments where WiFi may not be reliable, it provides continuous monitoring and real-time data collection over a stable wired connection.
