IFA Berlin · 4–8 September We are closed from Friday 4 through Tuesday 8 September while we are at IFA Berlin. Orders will be shipped again from Wednesday 9 September. At IFA too? Maybe we will see you there!
On this page you can reflash or update our products to the latest factory firmware using ESP Web Tools, directly in your browser. Requirements: Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge over HTTPS.
Flashing from this page writes the factory firmware image to your device. All current settings, Wi‑Fi credentials, and local configurations on the device will be erased. Make sure you have any required credentials at hand to reconfigure after flashing.
Not sure which hardware version you have? You can check this in the sensors of your product in Home Assistant (look for "Hardware Version" or "Product Version"). Or contact us via support.smarthomeshop.io using the email address you used when placing your order.
