The LD2460 is an advanced 24GHz FMCW mmWave radar module for more accurate multi-person detection and position tracking. This module is exclusively intended as an upgrade for the existing LD2450 in the UltimateSensor v2 and UltimateSensor Mini v2. Ideal for users who want to get more out of their sensor in multi-person spaces or with more complex movement patterns.

Upgrade for LD2450 Specifically intended as a replacement radar module in the UltimateSensor v2 and UltimateSensor Mini v2.
Up to 5 person tracking According to official specifications, the LD2460 can detect and track 3 to 5 people, depending on the situation and movement in view.
Up to 6 meter detection range Dynamic detection up to 6 meters and static detection up to approximately 5 meters within the main angle.
Wide detection angle 120° horizontal and 90° vertical for wider coverage and better positioning.
More accurate positioning Distance accuracy up to ≤ 0.3 meters and angular accuracy up to ≤ 5°.
Fast response Motion detection in approximately 0.5 seconds, with presence sensing of stationary people within ≤ 30 seconds.
24GHz FMCW mmWave Operates at 24–24.25 GHz, with 5V power supply and serial communication for integration into existing sensor hardware.
